I regret to inform you that there is a delay in the delivery of our products.

For those who have ordered 'head parts', the delivery period has been extended by about 3-7days, and we expect the same for those who have ordered 'head+body'.

 The doll production has been delayed more than expected due to production issues at the manufacturing plant.

While we were aware of the possibility of such delays due to the backlog at the factory, we were initially informed that we would be able to fulfill all orders for 'head parts' by the end of March, and all orders for 'head+body' by mid-April without any further delay notices.

However, We have received small amounts of products since March 23rd, and we are still slightly short of the ordered quantity.

We anticipate that even if all the head parts arrive within this week, there will still be a delay of a few days.

We will start shipping the packaged products in order of the order date, starting from April 12th.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this notice, which is being given at the last minute due to the approaching delivery period.

We will do our best to expedite the delivery process as quickly as possible.
